COMING FALL 2023 - The Move to Mérida Guide!

We have some really great things we are doing at Life in Mérida! Now that Angel is with the company full time, we have a full range of services we can offer from tours to driving lessons & driver's license to short-term rentals (program launches in early summer). We've decided to take the bull by the horns and Angel is getting his license to become an AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) certified realtor. If you are interested in a short-term rental (6 months or less) or have a property you'd like to place in the program, send me an email with the details. Our goal is to have consistent contracts, background & credit checks, references, & deposits more typical in the U.S. All contracts will be in Spanish (to be legal) & in English (to be readable).
